From starting as a tech apprentice to leading national apprenticeship programs at a Fortune 500 consulting firm, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and breakthroughs that early career professionals face. Through Route to Rise programs like START to Lead and Fortified & Future-Ready, I’ve now trained over 200 apprentices and early career professionals to thrive in corporate spaces—building trust, resilience, and leadership skills that create lasting impact. My mission is simple: to transform lived potential into trust, impact, and power.
